Retro Swatter Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

In short: Retro Swatter does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any information about you. The game has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not connect to the internet.

This policy explains how Retro Swatter (“the game”), published by MagicJig LLC (“we”, “us”), handles information. It applies to the iPhone app.

Information we collect

None. The game does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not create an account. We do not use analytics, crash reporting services, advertising networks or any other third-party software that collects data.

Information stored on your device

To work, the game saves a small amount of data on your iPhone only:

This data never leaves your device through the game and is not sent to us. It is removed when you delete the app, and you can erase it at any time with Settings → Reset Progress in the game. It may be included in your own iCloud or computer backups of your iPhone, which are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Tracking

The game does not track you across apps or websites, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not show ads.

Apple

The game is distributed through Apple’s App Store and TestFlight. Apple may collect information about downloads, purchases and, if you have opted in, crash reports and usage statistics, and may share aggregated, anonymous statistics with developers. That collection is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy, not by us.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If a future update adds a feature that handles data (for example, online leaderboards), we will update this policy and the effective date above before that update is released.
